The fields for Finalized Date and Finalized by User have been added to the Certification Screen (Completed) and the Certifications data source. These changes can be viewed on the Certification Search → Completed Tab. Use the column chooser to bring in Finalize Date and Finalized by User. Corrected an issue where applicant accounts were not being created. Case: PD-2899 (IR-110415)
Corrected an issue where a single applicant member change was sending multiple requests to Assistance Connect. Case: PD-2586.
Corrected an issue where users were receiving an error on the WT2+ Change Request screen when trying to Approve/Reject an Asset or Income from AC. Case: PD-2543 (IR-110665)
The ability to review inspections in the portal has been added. The information will be updated as the inspections are updated in the 2+ software. This includes the deficiency information and the status of the inspection. This information can be viewed from the Tenant and Owner portals. Case: PD-1653, PD-1694, PD-2951, PD-3230.
The ability for a Tenant to request an inspection as been added. The request can be approved or denied and status will appear in the portal. When approving the request, the inspection will need to be created manually. Case: PD-1220, PD-3233, PD-3236, PD-1525.
The ability to reschedule inspections has been added to the Tenant and Owner portals. These requests can be approved or denied and the status will appear on the portal. When approving the request, the inspection will need to be manually rescheduled. Case: PD-2131, PD-3173, PD-3259, PD-3239.
